Flag
As Bhutan is called the Land of the Dragon, its flag has a wingless dragon, called Druk, and its color symbolizes purity and loyalty. Bhutan has a rectangular flag, in which the red symbolizes that the state is a monarchy, and the yellow color is a symbol of Buddhism.

It's a red circle. Inside, there is a double dorje ( diamond, in Hinduism, the weapon of the god Indra, in Buddhism symbol of the indestructibility and imperturbability of the state of the Buddha ) symbol representing the harmony between secular and religious power, a lotus flower symbolizing morality, a jewel signifying sovereignty and two dragons - male and female - symbolizing the name of the state.

Bhutan is a mountainous country without access to the sea. Over half of the country's territory lies above 3,000 m above sea level.
The country has about 734 340 citizens. The population density is 15 people per km², which means that Bhutan is one of the least populated Asian countries. Thimphu's capital is the largest city, the other major cities are Paro and Phuentsoling. The national language is dzongkha and is the official language next to English. Most of the population in this country is Buddhists the rest are Hindus.
Bhutanese heritage is based primarily on ancient Tibetan culture and Buddhism. An important aspect of culture is very widespread archery - Bhutanese national sport. Occupations accompany various types of celebrations. Villages and towns compete with each other.
The second national sport is digor, a discipline similar to a shot put.
Men's traditional attire is gho and women's kira.
